I absolutely LOVE Rebecca! She was very thorough with her questions to figure out what was the best exercises for me! She created a personal plan for me that I was able to look at and follow while in the gym. She also went through the plan with me and showed me how to do certain movements that I was not familiar with! After our session she continued to check in on me and offered to switch up my plan if I was ready for some new movements!
