Zak was fantastic and I’m glad we met him for our home search. He was referred to us by a friend. I didn’t know if he would come to our area but since he was referred to us he was glad to come up and help. We live in the Big Bear area and needed to find a new rental. He was extremely helpful and patient to get us what we needed within our budget. He knows the area and has been coming up here his whole life. We spent a few weekends looking at places and he was awesome in negotiating the rental amount. He built a terrific relationship with the agent and got us a great deal, especially because there were other applicants, because of him they accepted us and our terms. Please use him if you need to buy a home, sell a home or rent. Hopefully in the spring he will be helping us buy a multiunit property. We would not trust anyone else but him. More...

Just wanted to give credit to our awesome agent Zak Bushey. Another agent helped us with a house on Bennett but then Zak helped us buy our first house on Hatfield St in San Dimas. We have lived in the house over year now and couldn’t be more happy. There is a pool and a great yard for entertaining.
