Since 2018, RAMCR LLC has been helping businesses strategize and comply with the ever-evolving rules and requirements in the field of Human Resources. RAMCR has assisted a wide variety of companies in their human capital needs, including restructuring and reorganizing teams, developing HR processes and procedures, and conducting comprehensive management and employee trainings, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessments and workshops. RAMCR has also provided personalized coaching and development for employees and managers.

Ray Rokicki Jr., the principal consultant, has an MBA with a concentration in HR Management and is an ABD Doctoral Candidate in Human Resource Management. He holds a variety of HR certifications and nearly 20 years of real-world HR experience at some of the world’s largest companies and most visible brands, including Nextel, Sprint, Apple, Five Guys, and HMS Host. This union of theory and practice is essential to ensuring that any recommendations are supported by data analysis and guided by our understanding of the practical implications to the business.
