RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN
Our approach is dynamic and thorough. We understand that each of our client’s needs and preferences are unique. This drives us to design each project from a blank canvas, which keeps us in a constant state of creative discovery. We work holistically and consider every detail to ensure the design intent is consistent and seen through to the close of the project. Our focus in design is architectural in ethos and composition. We inform with the intention of purpose, functionality and harmony.
FULL-SCALE Design
We provide full design services from the ground up; conceptualization through architectural construction to the completion of the installation of custom furniture, art and accessories. We are your one-stop shop.
CONCEPT DESIGNS, Drawings & Development
We articulate our designs through conceptual mood boards, layouts and drawings, followed by a series of developed design plans, elevations, schematic drawings and renderings. It is imperative that we provide our clients with the best visual communication tools to keep the process moving forward and optimized!
SELECTION & SPECIFICATIONS: Finishes & Materials
Our design development process involves the sourcing and selection of materials, finishes for flooring, wall-coverings, plumbing, electrical and millwork. We provide visual presentations, plans, elevations and renderings with specifications.
NEW BUILD CONSTRUCTION & Renovations
We are versed in both new build construction and interior design renovation.
We communicate and coordinate with the parties involved in the construction and installation: architects, electrical engineers, general contractors and developers, to ensure the architectural design is understood and executed to plan.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & Administration
We provide additional services such as Construction Administration and Project Management. We have an in-house Project Manager that can manage the adjacent teams hired by the Client.
SOURCING & SPECIFICATIONS: FF&E
While construction is in progress, we design and source the interior furnishings, accent lighting, accessories and art. We provide visual presentations and renderings with specifications.
PURCHASING, PROCUREMENT & Installation
Once we have approvals of all the finishes, materials, and furnishings, we manage the purchasing of products. We also manage the coordination of the shipping, receiving, storage, and installation. We keep operations as seamless and as simple as possible for our clients. We impart organization and ease in each step of the process, and in servicing the needs of our clients.
