It is a real pleasure to provide a review of excellence for a service company that performs exactly as it says it will. Our driver Kahlil arrived at our Houston Hobby hotel in advance of the requested time which then allowed us to be provided a brief history tour of Galveston. At the completion of our RC cruise Amir was there in a beautiful Sprinter van to take our party of twelve back to Hobby A/P. As the person charged with securing transportation for this group I will say that Quick Ryder exceeded my expectations and remained in contact with me throughout. Quick Ryder picked us up on time from a hotel in Houston and drove us to the Port of Galveston for a cruise. They also picked us up a week later when we disembarked the cruise and returned us to Houston Hobby airport. Dealing with Max was super easy with communications, booking, and payment. I am excited to give a review as this company has employees/drivers that are fantastic!! I spoke to Max for the initial reservation- he was prompt in returning my call, very cooperative in adjusting the reservation as new information was provided to me. He explained every detail and confirmed the reservation when the travel time was near. I received updated contacts from our driver Omar. I felt very comfortable and confident that he would be there at the set times. Omar was a delight! His appearance was professional! His manors were perfect and he was so helpful with the luggage- and giving good advice when needed!! It was a great experience and pleasure doing business with this company! Max was a life saver. We had booked a stretched limo for our daughter’s graduation with a company X.
2 hours before the pick up time, they called and said the limo just broke down and they don’t have anything available.
I called a friend of mine who referred me to Max ( Quick Ryder ).
Max was not only able to get the stretched Limo on a short notice 1.5 hr, but also provided refreshment and snacks.
The driver arrived on time -miraculously- and was very professional.
The girls had a wonderful time.
