Female Group Training
PWRGRLS Training is female personal training for small groups of 2-6 people.

Keeping our participants at each session manageable, allows our trainers to still give you the individual attention and guidance you need and deserve.

We work with the workout programs from some of the best trainers in the US.
Each program typically lasts 12 weeks and consists of 3 different phases.
It is important to continuously switch up our routine to ensure ongoing progress in strength, endurance, mobility and body composition.

Our training styles include: Functional Training, Traditional Strength Training, Bodybuilding, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Cardio & more.
