I could only do what I do with myself as my boss. And I love what I do, helping people to help themselves.

Yes, I can do both for nutritional therapy. My software for online questionnaire is filled out by the patient, and all the forms for food diary are easy to access. We can communicate anyway that works for you. I can them send recipes, we can talk about goal setting, and I can hold your hand all along the way. Easy to get in touch with me.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Only changes in office. We have followed all COVID procedures.
Acupuncture and oriental medicine in office
Consultation and acupuncture, first visit. Review of medical history and your main concerns. Helping to get you to the place you would like to be with your health and well-being. May add Nutritional therapy as well.
Treatment may include some acupressure if indicated. Will submit to insurance.
Oriental medicine and acupuncture treats all conditions. Specializing in digestive disorders, weight issues, pain management, as all disease begins in the gut.
Nutritional Therapy
This service can be on line or in office, depending on where you live. You will be sent an online nutritional questionnaire to complete, diet journal to complete and a medical history questionnaire. When complete, I will review the findings and develop a plan and goal just for you. This is BioIndividual Nutrition. We will discuss food options and I will supply specific recipes for your needs. You will also receive articles, resources of where to find Real Food, and any other info that is pertinent to your situation.
