I have been going to this gym for six months now, and have to say joining here was one of my best decision. After needing a major spinal surgery in 2020 and being almost completely bedridden for over eight months, I came into this gym needing a lot of work in the way of rehab. I trusted what Eric told me when I met with him and was set up with Marc as my main coach. When I say that all the coaches are incredible, that is no exaggeration since each is so knowledgeable and educated. Mark also does massage therapy that scheduled for due to a back pain issue and when I say he provided incredible bodywork on me, I mean I got off the table without the pain that I’d had in my back for over two weeks and here we are one week later it still has yet to return. After hurting my achilles and not being as active for some time due to injury - I was really looking for a gym that could help me regain my strength and confidence in living an athletic lifestyle. I have felt it relatively easy to place trust in the trainers at this facility, as they are always considerate to my limitations and asking me for feedback or if I have any questions regarding workouts. There are not enough words to express how much we love this place. We found PHP while looking for private training and the reviews did not disappoint! From the time we came into our introduction meeting to now being here for three months the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Eric eased our minds about the process and explained the benefits of semi private training, and after our first meeting we were signing up and committing to this lifestyle changing program. Every person you come across at this place cares and are so knowledgeable about what they do, and I can definitely say I feel supported as I work to meeting and surpassing my goals. You definitely feel the support from all the trainers, and despite working out in a group setting you're still provided a personalized workout session that changes out so you're always doing something different, and fitted just for addressing your needs. There are checkpoints constantly to address your progress, and how you're feeling, as well as a full suite of tools you can access at home to help you continue to make progress outside of your sessions. PHP is truly one of a kind! As a former athlete turned into an out of shape middle aged man crippled by old injuries, I had honestly given up hope of becoming an active person again. Thankfully, I met Anthony and Eric and decided to try it out. That was 4 years ago and it has been a life changing experience. Every single person on their staff amazing. They have a range of expertise in all the different fields needed to keep me going. There is no way that I would be as active as I am without this crew. I deal with quite a bit of pain and when I’m hurt, instead of staying home worried about hurting myself some more, I walk in with confidence that they will treat my issues and modify my routine. I actually walk out feeling better. Eric, Anthony, Heidi, Bettylou, Marc and so many more are quite literally my heroes. I feel like I’ve gotten my life back. I’m off the couch. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is imperative. You can't out exercise a bad diet. There are many ways to find something beneficial, yet practical for each client. That is what we focus on. Personalizing dietary needs and goals based on each person's situation and lifestyle.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We use a methodical, systematic approach that assesses each client to determine what their body needs the most to succeed. Our education level allows us to look into the details of each person's anatomy and physiology. We use this knowledge to help people reach their goals quickly and safely.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency. Perseverance. Consistency. Perseverance... and a scientifically valid way of training to assure results.
What do you love most about your job?
There are two things that we enjoy about our work more than any other.
First, is the complexity and uniqueness of each person's individual situation. We love the challenge of evaluating each person's past history, current situation, and future goals internally and on the surface. By delving deep into the client's situation we can identify the most important issues to attend to. Then we can truly create personalized, efficient exercise and nutrition recommendations specifically for that one person.
Secondly, we love the reward of seeing people progress towards and reach their goals. Nothing is more motivating than results. This goes for the client and for us as well. When people see results from their hard work they gain even more momentum to keep moving forward. When we see clients light up because they are meeting and surpassing their goals, it increases our energy and passion for helping them. That cycle is amazing fuel!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Necessity. I worked for other fitness facilities and saw a lot of areas for improvement beyond just making money. Some of these areas that we strive to be especially strong in are:
- Education requirement for our team - Bachelors in Exercise Science at a minimum. 5 of us have Master's degrees
- Truly caring for our clients - Our company policies show time and time again that we care about our relationship with our clients above all else
- Teamwork - We truly work as a team so many of our clients essentially get 2-4 trainers for the price of 1.

Our company strives to provide service that far exceeds expectations and our competition. That comes from our expertise and highly educated background, our attention to detail and holistic view, and our compassion towards helping others. Private 1-on-1 Training
The premium fitness training service. Undivided attention, maximally productive, and more than just a fitness training session. Great for anyone, but most important for those who have special circumstances such as pre-existing injury or health risks, those uncomfortable in a gym, or just new to fitness.
Semi-Private Training
This is personal training in a small group setting. While it's about 90% of the private training service it's only 50% of the price. Excellent value for youth athletes and those with no major health issues or major injuries.
