About

I had a great career and learned many lessons. After retiring from an Associate Vice President position, former staff continued to call for advise; one suggested I consider becoming a certified Life Coach. I took her advice and ProDestinyCoaching was founded in December 2017.

Life Coaching

Pro Destiny Coaching has been an incredible journey of self discovery for me. I enjoyed the sessions most because of the strategies that are used help me to achieve my desired goals.

Q&As

Developing and maintaining great relationships are the most important things a person can do in life. I love guiding people through the process of knowing and loving themselves and helping them to effectively engage with others. What I enjoy most are the break throughs. Curiosity, empathy, authenticity and resilience are the key elements of my process.

I have always been a servant leader. I moved up the ranks working for others which was great. Now I want to work for myself. It is a new chapter I'd like to open where I am driven more by passion than money.

I am a mirror. I will help clients see themselves as they are and then I inspire possibility thinking. I help clients create a path that will get them to where they want to be. It starts by having a good relationship with themselves and then with others. What is success without people to share it with?

I can provide services on Zoom, telephone and in-person within a 50 mile radius of Sacramento.

I used to meet clients in a shared office space. After March 11, 2020, I have met all of my clients on Zoom. All communication has been remote since then.

Services

I offer individual sessions. I help guide clients through a process of self-discovery and self-determination. My motto: "Relationships Work For Those Who Work On Them."
