I don't know his name, put a privateer security guard was patrolling my apartment complex. ( Royal El Con apartments) April 8th 2023 around 4am. At the time I had been locked out of my apartment for over 2 hours was waiting for after hours maintenance to assist me in getting into my apartment to no avail. And this security guard from privateer security forces took the time to help me get the screen off of my window and pop the window payne out I could get inside to my apartment. Not only was he securing his post and helping where he was needed, but he also showed that privateer security truly puts customer service first. What's even funnier about the situation is I am also a security guard from a different security company. Nice to know that a fellow guard had my back when it counted. To the guard. The night could not get any worse! I am driving with my newborn son as my tire pops. I divert the car from oncoming traffic and parked on the dark side of the road. My son was crying as I saw the tire, then I also began to cry. I started to change my tire as if I knew what to do. I could not get the tire off as my hands began to shake. I was so frustrated. A big black truck pulls up behind me. A man in uniform asks if I need help. I could not talk because I was still in shock, so I nodded. He handed me his business card and began to change the tire. What do you love most about your job?
Working to make the streets safer and getting the opportunity to help people in our community on a daily basis. Security personnel have the unique opportunity to make a bad day a little bit better for someone on a nearly daily basis, even in a situation which might be less than awesome.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the private security as a rank-and-file security guard for over a decade, often while working another job as well. I saw how the model for current security companies was working, and I saw an opportunity to do it differently, and possibly better. I love the industry of security, so it was a natural progression to go ahead and take a swing at a model that puts training, the officer, and the client ahead of raw profit.

The whole point of starting my company was to create a force of security professionals who are more capable than what the industry offers today, so that our clients - that's you! - can enjoy security as it's meant to be...not as it's currently offered by our competitors. We provide a measure of online service in that we will deploy cameras at your location that can be connected to the internet and monitored via a cell phone app. Most of what we provide, however, is physical security solutions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our Privateers are equipped with PPE, and are closely monitored for health. Privateers who are sick are replaced by reserve Privateers. Privateers practice social distancing when possible, and are provided with N5 masks, Nitrile gloves and Antibacterial / Antiviral hand wash solutions as standard issue PPE.

Our patrol services utilize advanced technology, including our proprietary Full Sail software for computer-aided dispatch, reporting, and offender intelligence. Our privateers are equipped with Push To Talk Over Cellular (PTTOC) radios for instant communication, 4K bodycams for clear and accurate footage, and DJI Mavic Mini 2 Drones for aerial surveillance.
