I am inherently a planner in every aspect of my life. Before using Deron to plan our second Italy trip, I had already successfully planned a 2014 trip to Italy and a 2019 trip to Germany.
I didn’t really understand why hiring someone with Deron’s skills could be any better than my own. I was wrong.
One piece that was often an issue for my husband and I while on previous vacations was the train system. Germany was a little easier to figure out, but Italy was incredibly difficult for us. Likely, not knowing the language contributed to this difficulty. This time, having Deron’s guidance with the train system and purchasing tickets for us in advance was incredibly helpful. Don’t get me wrong, you still have to have a good sense of direction. However, this trip to Italy enabled us to see so much more than we would have without the extra help. The guesswork on train station locations, departure and arrival times were all figured out for us in advance.
Deron kept a close eye on changes, alerted us before issues could arise, and made corrections when necessary. His attention to details was exceptional.
The places we stayed were all very nice. I am a little difficult to please, in part because I always insist on very clean accommodations. Every place was impeccable. In addition, each had its own charm, giving us different experiences during our stay.

Deron is 1st class. What can I say. My wife and I hired his company to plan two of our vacations. Not only did he plan them, but he followed through each step of the way to insure our trip was hassle free.
Before utilizing Deron's company, I felt I could just go to a vacation destination's website along with Expedia and get my resort and airplane reservations and that would be that. I didn't need to pay any 'extras' to have someone help me, right? Wrong!
I have now come to understand that using a company like Deron's is an incredible value add. Having someone to go to bat for me when minor issues arose, Deron took care of everything, allowing my wife and I to just keep on enjoying our trip.
In the end, using Deron's company ended up costing nothing extra, and along with his extra special touches, my wife and I had two very special vacations. I highly recommend Deron anytime you are planning a vacation or getaway!
