This company is a scam. They hounded me to make a limo reservation and pay the deposit in cash in exchange for a "better rate", and then suddenly turned extremely rude and unresponsive when I told them I would like to pay the balance via credit card because I was beginning to get uncomfortable with the way I was being treated. The person I was working with had mysteriously "left the company".
When I asked to cancel the booking and get my deposit back they went completely dark. I got an email confirming the cancellation and letting me know that their "billing department" would get back to me with a resolution - but I haven't heard from anyone. Let alone a refund, their phone numbers don't work, there is no address on their website. In fact the phone number listed on this Bark profile is actually a fax line.
So disappointing to work with a business like this - if it even is a legitimate business. More...
