I would have to say reading the crowed, also considering request inputs.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
We focus a lot on smooth transitions, no matter the genre of music, having fun but yet keeping it professional!
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people of different cultures and backgrounds, it's a great feeling to cater to one's needs in music, bringing back memories for them and creating good vibes for that day or night.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having a uncle who was a DJ, it made me want to DJ since my early teens, as I got older, the business side of me really wanted to cater to people's music needs but yet in a professional way, from first conversation with an client down to the last song of the night.

I also provide all clients with a music outline to help with your event or wedding.

Party lights are also included when you book.
Equipment
Powell Productions provides our own everything down to the table, only thing we need is two outlets
Note: for weddings, if the wedding ceremony and reception will be in two different locations, it would need to be discussed with the DJ.
