Positively Delightful Meals

Chef Matt was absolutely wonderful!! We were blessed to have him as our personal chef for several days during our family Christmas gathering in Pigeon Forge and everything he made was delicious. He went out of his way to make each day special and made accommodations for my wife who is Gluten Free. We were also blessed to have his daughter join as Sous-Chef on Christmas Eve.

Chef Matt took extra time to explain what he was doing and took even more time to teach our kids about food while he prepared each meal. He spent so much time with us, he became an honorary member of our family. I would highly recommend him whether he's doing a one day event or is a personal chef for multiple days. If I could leave 10 Stars, I would.
