From Mario and Karla in the office to each of the drivers we had, PMV had everything covered and did it with class and a smile. We had the Escalade Limo for the bridal party, white Jaguar for bride and groom, and two 56-passenger buses for shuttles from hotel to reception venue. All vehicles ran smoothly, ran on-time, and experienced no setbacks or issues. We worked with PMV for our wedding day, and in our opinion, their services left something to be desired. They were professional and courteous over the phone and in arranging transportation both to and from our venue and the two hotels we used to host our guests, but we have two primary complaints that were not well addressed after speaking with the owner, Mario. First, on our wedding day, the shuttles arrived at our hotels with time to spare, but the driver never bothered to step outside the shuttle to ask people to board. They sat and waited for our guests to realize that the departure time had already come and gone. The driver then decided to call Mario to tell him that no one was boarding. Mario then called me, the groom, on my wedding day to let me know that no one was boarding the shuttles. Instead of asking the driver to simply walk into the hotel to inquire where the guests were, they chose to bring this matter directly to the couple getting married. As I was busy enjoying my wedding day, I was not available to answer the call and later found a voicemail informing me of the issue. After communicating the problem to the rest of the wedding party, our friends and family were able to go outside and start boarding. This ordeal delayed the start time of our ceremony by 30 minutes and cut into an already very busy day. Second, after our wedding, my wife and I took some time at the venue to gather all our belongings. After finalizing things, we walked out to find that the shuttles had already left. Fortunately, we were able to ride back to our hotel with my parents, but I cannot in good faith recommend hiring the services of a shuttle company that forgets to gather the bride and groom on their wedding day. Mario called me directly the day after the wedding. The intention of his call was to ask why no gratuity was added for the drivers after their services. I told him that we never had the chance to tip, since the shuttle left without us on our wedding day. Mario said he needed to “check the contract,” as he was under the impression that the shuttle was supposed to take two trips to and from our venue. Respectfully, this was not the case, as our venue was 30 minutes away from our hotel and we were on a tight timeline to return to the hotel for our after-party. We decided to still go ahead and leave a tip despite these issues, but I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed my wife and I were with how things went with PMV. Please spare yourself the extra drama and look elsewhere for your wedding shuttle services. More...

What people care about is communication and accountability. What should have been a 5 minute drive from the pick up location to the church ended up taking 20 minutes. What should have been a 25 minute drive from the church to the venue took OVER 45 minutes because the driver CHOSE to take whatever routes he did. If commercial vehicles cannot go on parkways that’s one thing but to assume everyone knows this is wrong. We wasted over an hour on our day because the driver CHOSE to take the most ridiculous, inefficient routes AND DIDNT TELL US. We had to go from CRESTWOOD (Yonkers) TO NEW ROCHELLE and this guy went ALL THE WAY TO ELMSFORD to get there. Literally almost an hour to get to our venue and it’should only be 25 minutes!!! Nothing was communicated to us regarding routes when we booked and the guy on the phone tells me it’s not their job to time everything out for you and to create the logistics. Im not asking for you to make my itinerary. What I’m asking for is to take accountability that this driver chose to take routes that wasted so much time. They said on the phone “it’s because he has to for safety and the law enforcement” but this company knew that to go from the pickup location to the church (LITERALLY 5 Minutes) and still CHOSE TO TAKE 20 minutes to get there. Yes, the guys were late to get on the bus and we fully admit that even if everything went fine we probably still would’ve been at least an hour late. They charged us for 2 hours when we were only 1.5 hours late. We have been in plenty of weddings and party buses and have never experienced this. We would’ve been fine paying for the hour extra but he didn’t even try to work with us or admit that the driver could’ve taken a more efficient route. It’s really disappointing that the guy on the phone couldn’t work with us and just said they did everything right. Clearly you didn’t if you have 2 extremely unhappy customers. Besides not knowing how to operate any portion of the sound system for the vehicle, the driver of our limo came across as fairly rude, as noted by multiple guests. This was an unfortunate feeling to experience on my wedding day, but we just had to move on and ignore her attitude. Besides the two limos, we also ordered a shuttle to pick us and our guests up at the end of the night. We had the displeasure of watching it drive off with only two people in it.
