Reasonable access to the coach via email/text in between sessions for added support
It is the client's responsibility to schedule the allotted appointments per month. Unused appointments do not roll over into the next month.
All coaching packages are non-refundable. Results are not guaranteed and are based on the efforts you put in and the action you take to better your life. In the event of dissatisfaction, all efforts will be made to make things right.
Sessions expire after 3, 6, or 12 months depending on the package purchased.
