Philip goes above and beyond with his training. My girlfriend and I came in with little to no martial arts experience. We were also lacking a lot of stamina. We've been training consistently with him 4-5 times a week for a month now, and the improvement is incredible. Although there is still a ton of technique work that we need to refine, we both feel we have a well-rounded understanding of how to defend ourselves. Additionally, our strength has gone up and we feel far more mobile / explosive. I would recommend Philip to anyone, no matter their goals in the gym. More...

Martial Arts/Striking
I offer 2 varieties of martial arts training. One is more of a fundamental fitness version that is solely for cardio purposes mixed with resistance training to get more tone and learn basic self defense. I also do competitive training to get ready for competition as well!
Fitness Training
A diverse style of training to increase speed and strength, can be applicable for bulking up and also toning up!
