We live in Cleveland Heights and have two dogs who are pretty much our babies. Petcare Deluxe walks them twice a day while we're at work, and they have been absolutely wonderful. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind. I never have to worry about whether my dogs are being cared for, getting enough exercise, or getting the attention they need. The team is reliable, communicative, and genuinely seems to love the animals they care for.One thing that has always impressed me is how thoughtful they are when bringing on new staff. They never just send a new person to our house. Instead, they make sure new team members are accompanied by someone our dogs already know and trust so they can learn the ropes and make the transition comfortable for everyone. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about how they operate.They also consistently go above and beyond. They make sure the dogs have fresh water, send updates, and have even brought packages in from our porch. Highly recommend Miranda for all your pet sitting needs. Finding someone who you can trust, both in your home and with your animals, is not an easy process. I have worked with her over the past few years and have been extremely happy with communication and response time to any questions or requests for service. Her rates are fair and she does a great job of ensuring you know what interactions were had while she is visiting with your pets. We have 2 dogs with varying needs, and she was able to accommodate all 3 of them for midday visits and walks. Miranda and her team did an excellent job caring for our two dogs while we were on vacation last year. One of our dogs requires medications and they were always given on time. Miranda is very attentive. She listens carefully to understand what the animals need, she documents all of the information, and trains her team well. We have two dogs, one needs medication every 12 hours, and they did a great job while we were on a trip. Miranda and her very capable team have been a blessing! We had recently gotten a new puppy and both my husband and I report to work. We were so nervous about what to do and were so lucky to find Petcare Deluxe! They let you scheduled times and dates of service and send you updates on every visit with plenty of photos. Having recently moved to the area, we were very nervous about who was going to take our dog out on walks while we were at work. Our dog is 100 lbs., so not always the easiest to find someone to trust to walk such a big (stubborn) boy. We saw a flyer in a local bakery and decided to reach out. Miranda and Keela came by to do a meet-n-greet and put all our worries at ease. Further, they trained Graham who now is also in the mix of walkers. It has been two months of walks and we're all so pleased that we found Petcare Deluxe. The scheduling platform is easy and they offer many options for timing and lengths of visits. I like that they do a buddy system if training a new walker so the dog is not alarmed by a new person without someone he already knows. They send numerous pictures and updates while out on the walk which are often the best text messages of the day! Nowadays finding a pet sitter can be difficult. Not just because some of them aren't good and some of them are really bad. But because any pet sitter has their limit. They can only do certain regions. I recently moved and unfortunately the pet sitter whom I loved who was amazing at their job did not work in the region that I was moving to. So I was in the market for a new pet sitter. I had gone to a restaurant to eat and saw on their advertisement board an ad for this pet sitting group. I inquired and found out that the group was actually quite large and encompassed a lot of different pet sitters which allowed them to pet sit for a massive region ranging from all the way on the west side of Cleveland to the Akron area. Which is an amazing amazing find. The cats that I have are a lot of work. They have a lot going on and need specialized Care. Miranda and her team have been absolutely amazing. The pet sitters that have helped me have been patient and helpful and willing to do whatever needs to be done to assure the health and safety of your pets while you are away. She assigned me to one of her dog walkers Nikki in the Akron/North Canton area as she’s just the best. Genuine, loving, caring and so good with Whisper. I just moved here alone and wanted a pup but couldn’t justify getting one w/ no one to help potty train while I’m work. The best pet sitters! We went away for a quick vacation and they gave us such peace of mind! The communication and photos go above and beyond. The fact I came home to a fresh litter box was amazing! Knowing my dog had a friendly face every couple hours I bet made her feel less alone. The fact they have an app that explain everything to you is awesome! I was in need of someone to take care of my 2 cats (boy and girl siblings) who have medical needs and are EXTREMELY anxious and skittish for when I go out of town for vacation. A client of mine and also a coworker of mine both use them and highly recommended Petcare Deluxe. I contacted Miranda and explained my situation and she put me at ease right away saying they could definitely help! I have not been disappointed! We scheduled a meet and greet. She brought Noella who was to be my assigned team member. My kitties were skittish at first but actually both let Noella hold them! The next visit was so they could practice giving meds and their eating routine, etc. My little girl let Noella give her her pill and they both ate for her! The 3rd visit Noella came alone and actually had little girl playing on the floor with her and giving her kisses! I was astounded at how good she is with her! My little guy was still shy but made major progress as well! By the 5th or 6th visit they were both coming out to her and not hiding! Now my little guy comes right to her and paws at her while she is preparing their food! They adore her! I have her come a couple times a week to keep working with them so they are used to her when I do go on vacation. She has even done a few solo evenings when I have been out and it went seamlessly! Noella is amazing and very good with them and very thorough with cleaning their litter boxes and making sure everything is just right for them and loves to play with them. Miranda is awesome and always works with me to make the best decisions for them and her first priority is their wellbeing. Their app for scheduling appointments is so easy and convenient and they have a conversations feature where they leave very detailed reports and pictures of each visit. I have been telling anyone I know that has pets how awesome they are and totally recommend them for your pets. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. While I was hospitalized, I arranged for this service to care for my dog, Soph. I paid for three 30-minute visits per day, trusting she’d be in safe and professional hands. I was later informed by the front office staff that the walker had been bringing her toddler along — something I was never made aware of. Soph does not do well with young children and could potentially nip. After hearing this, I reviewed my home camera footage and saw that many of the visits I paid for were significantly shorter — some as short as 5 to 15 minutes. Most recently, I paid for a 25-minute walk, and Soph was returned to me after just 7–10 minutes. When I brought my concerns to the owner, she refused to take accountability. At first, she said she’d only charge me for half the walk. Only after I stated I would pursue legal action did she change course and offer to comp that single walk. This entire experience has been frustrating, upsetting, and unprofessional — especially given the trust I placed in them during a difficult time. We have a 3 month old French Bulldog Puppy, Lucy. Our puppy trainer highly recommended Petcare Deluxe to us, and I couldn’t be happier. They offered a consultation/meet and greet before we signed up for services. Margaret comes over 4 times a week to spend time with our puppy, she is in constant communication through the user friendly app, we get pics and videos of puppy throughout the day. Amazing services, I could not have been more pleased with the peace of mind they gave us when we went on vaction last week.
