Do yourself a favor and book these guys immediately. If you have a dog with fearful or anxious behavior problems, if you have tried other trainers, if you have been told that your dog is “unfixable” and that you just need to “manage” unwanted behaviors- this is the answer to your prayers. They teach you to communicate with your dog and understand the reasons the behavior problems occur in the first place. They have Vets on staff and we had been blown off by multiple vets and prescribed medications that did nothing and were running out of options. Our dog Bailey had A LOT of issues and 8 weeks wasn’t enough. They didn’t charge us for another program they continued to help us until we were happy with the results and never asked us to pay another dime. That was 6 months ago and I still am able to text my behaviorist with questions I’m not sure will help or hurt any given situation. My clients. Teaching someone how to truly connect with their dog in ways they never thought possible so that they can live the life they always dreamed of with a well behaved, confident dog.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Many trainers rely on methods that involve discomfort, intimidation and fear to elicit behavior or stop unwanted behaviors. I wasn't comfortable applying these methods, and I wanted to be sure that I did no harm to dogs either temporary or permanent. I started Pet Parent Life so myself and my team would have a community that first does no harm. We rely on science, evidence, and clear communication to set you and your dog up for success through our Failure Free program.

Yes!! As a matter of fact, many behavior problem solutions are more effective when treated remotely- it also gives the human the opportunity handle their own dog in their own environment and creates much more reliable results with actual longevity. Many of the behavior problems we help people with require that we meet more frequently for shorter time frames, often 3-5 times per week in many cases, so our hybrid programs as well as our remote programs are perfect for someone with a busy lifestyle.
