I can't thank Rayna enough for making our wedding day truly unforgettable, even in the face of some major challenges! I was very pleased with my wedding makeup by Alicia! I told her up front how I get nervous about others doing my makeup (I can be picky 😂) and she listened to my concerns and offered her professional advice. I had her tweak only a couple things from the trial makeup, which I still loved, and she took note of everything I said and absolutely killed my makeup the day of the wedding!! It was so nice putting trust in someone else to do something that could otherwise be a big stress on an already overwhelming day, and I’m so glad that I chose her. What drew me to Alicia in the first place was her ability to accentuate everyone’s natural beauty without making it look cakey at all. She uses airbrush makeup and it made such a difference. We danced all night and so did the entire wedding, ages 2-92! One of my top priories for our wedding was a really great DJ and a really fun dance party. And working with Nova did not disappoint. We had Dave and Magic at our wedding and they were both a delight to work with and made so many little wonderful moments happen. They really listened to what we were looking for in our initial meeting and helped bring a wide variety of music interests together in a cohesive way. They also really read the room and kept the party going. I haven't danced as hard as I did at my wedding in many years. Multiple people found us afterwards to say what a blast the wedding was and how surprised they were by how much we all danced and how late people stayed. We really have Magic and Dave to thank for that. They are both amazing at their jobs, and to top it all off, were incredibly kind. DJ Patrick was the first vendor we booked for our wedding and I was so happy we did! Both him and Holly who ran our Photo Booth were great to work with, so kind, and energetic. They handled our large event like the professionals that they are. Pat had many suggestions that helped to make our day super special including doing our first dance right away after our entrance so that everyone was focused on us instead of their food, and also doing a final private dance - it was a very stressful day and having that moment to take it all in was beyond special. By the recommendation of our photographer, we booked DJ Romeo for our recent wedding, and I could not have been any happier about it! From start to finish, Romeo and his booking manager, Deb impressed us time and time again. They are true professionals!! They were exceptionally easy to book with, gave a ton of options within budget, as well as, many options to upgrade with for those looking for some add-ons. My favorite thing (aside from the amazing performance and leadership throughout the actual wedding night from Romeo) was the system they use to organize your day! I actually used their website features to plan my day practically minute-by-minute and even shared it to my wedding event coordinator for her use, which was a big help for keeping everyone on track! As for the day-of, Romeo brought incredible energy to the event, and I was blown away by his attention to detail and with all of the many MANY song requests I’d given. Romeo went above and beyond to match our vibe and put myself and my husband in the driver’s seat of the day, giving us the flexibility to have our ideal day. Dj Pat will always be my recommendation anytime someone asks about a dj! he had everyone on the floor dancing the night away! He also brought my plate over for me so I wouldent spill on my dress he made sure I had a drink! he's hands down the best! when we booked with him we just wanted his dj services but I also was intrested in the photo booth, we ended up using it at an open house and I knew we needed it! DJ Patrick really knows how to manage a party. He did so many extra things for our June 2023 wedding like holding the door open for guests, providing props for entertaining activities, getting drinks for my husband and I, and holding my plate. He was great about checking in with us throughout the night to make sure that we were having a good time and getting everything that we wanted out of the night. At one point, the dance floor was really starting to die down. I watched DJ Patrick jump into action by hopping on the mic and inviting everyone out on the dance floor for an activity with the bride and groom. Within seconds, the dance floor was full again. He just did so many things that we didn't plan or ask of him that were so fun and perfect for keeping the party going. A lot of our guests commented on how much they liked him and a few of my friends even said that they were taking notes on the things that he did so that they could have them done at their own wedding! Even the other vendors I worked with were excited when I told them that I had DJ Patrick. Those who have worked with him know that he is the best! I had a great experience in June 2022 picking out my dress with Ellynne! Ellyne was the fourth store I visited. I brought my mom, mother-in-law, and sister. We had a private room (at no cost) and a great consultant. My name was on a cute welcome board when I arrived. There was a big selection and it only took a couple of tries before I found the one! It wasn't what I had described when I first arrived, but my consultant quickly picked up on what I liked and ultimately pulled the one. I felt very comfortable and not rushed the entire time. We received champagne and took a picture with the classic sign and backdrop once I said yes. I love Ellyne's client portal. It was so easy to make an appointment, to pick out dresses I liked ahead of time, and to track my payments once I ordered the dress. We hired DJ Romeo for our wedding and he more than exceeded our expectations! Booking and keeping in communication with him was an extremely smooth process. He is incredibly professional but still charismatic and people-oriented, which is exactly what you want from a DJ! He knew all the right music to play throughout the night to keep all ages happy, and kept the party going until the very end (our guests didn’t want to leave and even kept asking for an encore lol!). My husband and I first met DJ Patrick at a friends wedding and I immediately wrote his name down. Then fast forward to our wedding I knew I wanted Patrick to be our DJ. From the minute we booked to the last minute of our wedding he was amazing. He let me randomly Venmo him payments to pay off our total and would send an invoice within a day or two. He worked with the kind of music style we were wanting to see at our wedding. The Sugar Barn- I don't even know where to begin. Bill and his family and team did everything they possibly could to make this wedding an absolute dream. I fell in love with Sugar Barn in it's early days when it was still under construction because I could see the vision instantly. Upon the first meeting, Bill gave us such thorough detail about the venue, what it would hold, how it would look, and how the day would go, answering questions before I even asked them. When the big day came, Bill and Christine were with us every step of the way, coming in to check on the girls and going to check on the boys. At that point, they felt more like family than just the venue owners. The area is gorgeous, the natural lighting is fantastic. The Bridal Suite has huge windows overlooking the parking lot so you can see your guests coming, but also so you have tons of room to get ready and beautiful light for pictures. The actual ceremony space is under gorgeous oak trees that kept it cool despite the hot April Florida heat- but they also had the Plan B of a beautiful indoor space if the rain came. The reception was so much fun, with Bill and Christine making sure everything went smoothly. The way they decorated it was my exact dream, with coordinating colors, tables, and places for everything from the gift table to the memory table. Dave DJ’d our New Years Eve Wedding on 12/31/2022. From the initial contact emailing him he was extremely easy to work with. He replies fast and is straightforward with his packages and pricing. I was never confused on what I was booking and he provided all the details. As the wedding neared closer he maintained contact with us, making sure all was well for payments, song requests, everything. It was great knowing he had done several weddings and events at the Empire Room before so I felt great knowing he knew the space. When the big day finally came he and his EmCee did an extraordinary job. Especially on a big holiday like New Year’s Eve - Dave delivered! From cocktail hour to dinner to the dance floor - it was all so wonderful. He played a great mix of music, made sure to announce the things I was wanting, and even let me drop the beat at midnight.
