We had an excellent experience working with PELLETIER SALGADO as the architect for an addition to our house. They were extremely helpful guiding us through the zoning analysis, making sure we met all local codes so that the permitting and inspections process went smoothly.
The final design is both beautiful and efficient. Throughout the design process, options were always offered to provide both a range of budget choices as well as alternatives to reflect different design sensibilities. Overall, they provided a great sounding board to explore ideas; open and friendly as they guided us through the process from beginning to end.
They also worked well with our contractor, acting as our advocate when needed, but always keeping a friendly, collaborative spirit.

What’s your interior design process?
We start with a conversation to understand your needs and introduce you to us and how we work. Throughout the development process we prioritize understanding and addressing your goals. We then research the site and any existing documentation, be it a new property or an existing structure to identify constraints. We then synthesize your goals and the project's constraints to develop a shared vision with you. We then respond by developing a design. Our design responses are customized for each client and circumstance. We use tested materials and construction techniques.
Throughout the process which includes reviewing the design development and regular intervals as is appropriate for the project, working with outside consultants, and the selection of and working with contractors. We also provide administration services for construction, procurement, and installation construction. We also offer continued support as is required after completion.
