Pass the Pastel Events

This was truly the best party planning experience I could have ever had for my Sweet 16! I have never worked with a party planner before, and I am so glad I found Pass the Pastel Events on Bark! From the start, Cameron has been a diligent worker and immediately got on the phone with us to ask all the right questions. She took everything into consideration and gave us so many options to choose from! She had endless unique ideas on what to do to make our floral theme really come to life. One of the more obscure things I wanted to have at my party was a candle-making station, and when we faced difficulties with that idea, she found an even better option: a perfume-making station! It was a hit and definitely a highlight of the party! Not to mention, she was extremely accommodating towards our budget and created beautiful floral arrangements for us. To top that off, she made a backdrop for our Photo Booth with hanging flowers and it was gorgeous! Cameron took care of everything, and ordered all necessary supplies for us so we didn’t have to do anything but choose what we wanted to use! AND, she coordinated the “Who Knows Me Best Game”, created a slideshow of pictures, and printed out all the posters and signs needed! Seriously, she is so talented, and such a sweet person! Cameron was incredible to work with for my baby shower. She is organized and extremely responsive. She was incredibly creative and brought my threads of inspiration to life in a beautiful vision. She worked closely with me to find more economic solutions that would help me stay in budget while still bringing my vision to life. The party turned out more beautiful than i could have hoped. What most impressed me about Cameron was that she really does it all - beyond organizing the party logistics and serving as day of coordinator, she has established relationships with regional vendors to ensure reliable and high quality service often at a deal/discount, she has her own inventory of rentals that help you finalize those small details and bring them to life (for example, she had a sign easel, dessert display platters, drink dispensers to name a few), she offers back-drop rentals that are fully customizable at a fraction of the price (if you have ever gotten a quote for a backdrop, you know how pricey these can get!), and she even takes care of all amazon/etsy etc orders so all you have to do is show up to your event. I have never worked with a planner before but Cameron has converted me, and I hope to work with her again in the future. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I usually find party planning incredibly stressful and can never enjoy the party because I'm always concerned about the details. Cameron made the party planning process fun, easy to figure out, and I could actually enjoy my event because she kept everything going in the background. This was my first time working with an event planner, and I only wish I had done it sooner—especially for my wedding! Cameron was incredible and truly took all the stress off my shoulders. She managed every single detail, from teaching me how to open a file on Google to budgeting, handling all the vendors, and even taking last-minute calls just so I could vent. She was there to calm everyone down and ensure that the original vision for my husband’s 60th and my 50th birthdays would come to life in a spectacular way. And it was all perfect!
