While the preformer (Minnie) was kind and took photos with the children, which was appreciated, there were a few aspects of the service that fell short of expectations. After the initial performance, the performer changed into athletic gear (slides and shorts), which felt unprofessional for the setting. Additionally, the face painting she provided was below expectations—many of the designs seemed basic, and they didn’t meet the quality I had hoped for. Unfortunately, the performer did not complete the agreed-upon number of face paintings for the children, and there seemed to be a rush during the second part of the event. She was focused on finalizing the bill with random guests, which created a sense of urgency, and as a result, she overlooked handing out the candy to the children, which was promised as part of the event. My husband, who was busy hosting, did not want to make a formal complaint, but I was hoping for a more seamless and professional experience, especially considering this was a special occasion. Unfortunately, after speaking with the owner, no compensation was offered for the lack of fulfillment of the agreed services. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service, as it seems to be inconsistent, and we did not receive the level of service we expected. More...

It was very easy to book this performer for my child's 1st birthday party. The performer showed up on time and already dressed in costume. She did a great job keeping the children engaged with songs and activities. If I had one piece of feedback, I would say it would be great to do a song from the actual movie that the character was featured in. But maybe there are copyright issues relating to that.
