Patryk is a really cool guy and was awesome to work with. Not only were his workouts and coaching excellent, but he was also able to push me to get the most out of the sessions. He was also able to answer any and all questions I had about the exercises during our workouts. On top of all of that, he was very responsive which made working with him extremely easy. We start with a physical and nutrition assessment to create a program that's right for you. From there, we work together to build up sustainable lifestyle habits that are conducive for long-term results. There are no 30-day challenge or diets because they simply don't work.
