Two guys came out (I'm terrible with names ), but both were very professional and respectful of our home - they even put those foot cover/sock things on before coming in, which I really appreciated. Great service. I had a TV mounted by Geek Squad a couple of years ago, and just recently the TV started tilting. I called Over the Top Mounts and settled on having them replace and install their TV mount. When they arrived, they told me not to buy a new mount and that the old mount was fine—it just was never tightened properly. They could have sold me a new mount since that's what I was intending to do, but they were honest, didn't upsell me, and fixed my mount. I'm definitely hiring this company and crew again. More...

They stated their understanding of the job and gave a reasonable estimate. Unfortunately the AI didn't actually get the job description down 100%, so I contacted them to send an adjusted estimate. The furniture (a desk with two drawers and (2) low-boy dressers with three drawers each) was put together quickly. There was a team of three men and they worked together so well that they all finished approximately at the same time. They cleaned up their areas so all waste products were packed together and placed in my garage to await bulk pickup the next week! If you have ever put together furniture with drawers before you know there are a million little pieces. Could I have done the job myself? Probably when I was 10 or 15 years ago! But would I if I knew how quickly, efficiently and cleanly Over the Top Mounts could do it for me? Nope! I HIGHLY recommend them to all and hope to avail myself to their television installation service once I have figured out where the new tv will go! Great guys! More...
