My name is Shane Nolan and I am a personal trainer and athletic performance coach offering training services at my own facility (Outpost Jersey Shore) as well as off-site throughout Monmouth County, meeting my clients where need be.
My experience as a coach is varied from weight loss for adults to speed training for youth or aspiring professional athletes, and I believe that is what makes me unique and valuable coach.

This is a great gym. Shane (the owner) is a great guy. I’ve been a member for almost a year and a half. I’ve totally changed my body since starting.
Make no mistake, this is a place that will challenge you.
The workout routines change daily. There’s always something new. I follow a routine of lifting on M-W-F with conditioning on Tues and Thurs. The workout takes about an hour. You can do more or less if you want to.
The clientele is a mix of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Shane also trains local HS and College athletes during their offseasons as well as some middle school kids. The place is open 24/7 if you need to come in early or late or on the weekend.
The environment is relaxed and fun. I’m glad I found this place. Recommend 5/5.

We help our clients achieve their goals through accountability, engaging programming, and fundamental training principles.
There is nothing necessarily “revolutionary” about our services. You will not be doing exercises you’ve never heard of. But, you will have coaches that care, fellow members that care, and you wil be in an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself, taking risks, training hard, and exploring your movement practice.
