I worked with Odean throughout the entire process-he stayed involved from start to finish, clearly explaining what to expect, when things would happen, and how everything worked. He was always available and quick to answer whenever I called, which gave me peace of mind, being I have no clue what to expect. We recently hired Outdoorscapes Design Group for a complete backyard transformation, and we’re beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. The project included a custom pool design, turf installation, and a small putting green, and the results honestly exceeded our expectations. From day one, our project manager Odin was incredible to work with. He was timely, responsive, efficient, and made it a point to check in with us throughout the entire process—from initial design all the way through final installation. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure we were 100% happy really stood out. The entire crew was just as great—professional, courteous, and punctual. They were also very flexible and accommodating when we wanted to make a few changes and additions during the build. It’s rare to find a team that not only delivers great craftsmanship but also makes the process feel smooth and stress-free. We also felt like the pricing was extremely fair for the quality and scope of the work. As the first house in our community to work with Outdoorscapes, we took a bit of a leap—and we’re so glad we did. Our backyard has truly become an oasis, and we’re already getting tons of compliments from neighbors. The project manager, Johnny, had great ideas when we were discussing the project, provided a reasonable quote in a timely manner, scheduled start of the project right away, and was very tolerant of small changes as the project unfolded.
