When I came to comment about this place, I was a little shocked about the poor ratings...The lady I spoke with, despite having a heavy accent, was able to communicate & answer all of my questions - she was even able to go over additional options for me to consider. ..My order was taken without a hitch & my flowers were delivered by the promised time...but most importantly, the person receiving the flowers was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the arrangement...need I say more More...
