After wavering for years, the prospect of $400+, and rising, Edison bills every month, clarified my thinking. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I chose this company for my solar installation because they’re local, and I expected better service and personal attention. Unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from my experience. From day one, I’ve faced so many issues I can hardly cover them all here. First, during installation, they drilled holes all the way through my roof in the middle of the rainy season, causing my house to flood twice, damaging my furniture and belongings. Since then, every time something goes wrong with the system, I practically have to beg them to come out and fix it. I end up feeling uncomfortable and awkward, as if I’m being a nuisance just for asking them to do their job and ensure the system they sold me actually works. For example, my 2-gateway meter has been down since September (nearly three months now), and though they initially promised to address it, they’ve been completely unresponsive. I’ve sent multiple texts with no reply. Out of sheer frustration, I finally called Enphase to find a different provider who can come and check it—thankfully, they’re coming next week. Meanwhile, I’m still stuck paying off a loan for a system that’s brought me nothing but trouble. If you’re considering investing in solar, save yourself the headache and choose a reliable company!!! By evaluating the typical shipping process for the average person, I found that driving to the post office, standing in line, and packaging your own item can take 25 minutes to an hour. We wanted to expedite that process by enabling users to ship anything they wanted with just a few taps on our mobile app. The project had to be built from scratch, so I articulated my vision to Orange Web Group's project manager Sachal<br>They were extremely collaborative during the scoping process. We went over the app's aesthetics and color scheme. Then, we went in-depth on laying out the different functionalities of the app while maintaining usability. They walked me through deciding what actions should occur when specifics buttons are pressed. With that information, they designed the wireframes and started building the platform app from there.<br>They developed the app for iOS and we launched on the App Store. They continually provide updates and feature improvements. We also plan on developing an Android version with Orange Web in the future. I'm not an app developer, so I can't speak to the specific technologies they used to the build everything.<br>Communication is vital when developing a mobile app and luckily, accessibility is one of their greatest qualities. Furthermore, they don't pass their mistakes onto the customer. For example, they misquoted the number of hours necessary to complete a certain task but didn't ask me to pay for the additional time. So Initially, I didn't think paying for a brand and website would be worth the investment, so I created a website myself on Wix which was a big mistake. I ended up wasting a ton of time and the website I created made my business look careless and unprofessional with no traffic, so I decided to up my game and hire someone to get the job done. I spoke with over 6 design firms and none of them even came close to Orange Web Group. Choosing to work with them was a no-brainer...the work is outstanding, the team is extremely friendly and accommodating, and they really cared about my business.
