Everything was so great! The staff were so sweet & bubbly and made me feel much less nervous. Dr. McLeod really took his time and involved me in the process of deciding how much and where to put the Botox given my wants and budget! I will definitely be going back!

There are no words to express my gratitude for the Doctor and staff at OCL. I went in with a horrendous and embarrassing tattoo from a bad time in my life. It was the last chapter to be closed. I was told it may take multiple sessions to have it removed. Once the procedure was done, we were all shocked at how much one session had done! I may need to ha e one more but that will for sure do the trick. They were so kind, understanding and non judgmental of me or my past. Thankful to have found them and I highly recommend. More...

Emerald, Mandy, and the entire staff are so friendly! Mandi is who helped me book my appointment. I unfortunately had to reschedule my appointment twice, and Mandi was very accommodating in setting me up with a time that would work best for me. It was wonderful to finally meet her in person! This was my first time getting Botox. Emerald and another staff member (I can't remember her name) were both very welcoming and made me feel at ease (again first timer getting Botox, so I was a bit nervous!). I ww as  SO nervous about getting Botox done. When I walked in I was greeted super friendly bubbly receptionist and very personable. Emerald was funny and very disarming about getting this done and there was honestly virtually no pain and I was being a baby! I will be back! Loved it very much!!! More...
