I was pretty disappointed in my interaction, service, and experience as a whole with this company. When I initially scheduled, it was because the reviews on Google seemed to be outstanding. Perhaps they are not all legitimate, or all there. When I called to schedule and find out more information on pricing for a move out clean, the owner seemed very friendly stating that they deal with move out, cleans all the time as they have dealt with PCS for the military often. Unfortunately, the communication fell apart after the initial scheduling phone call. On the day of my service, which was scheduled for 9:30 AM, the two girls who were to clean my home, showed up almost a half an hour late with no notice. I am no longer living in the state, so I needed to have somebody I trusted to be available to let the girls inside, so the tardiness was pretty inconsiderate of others schedules. I reached back out via a phone call and text message asking where they were at, and it wasn’t until a few minutes before they showed up that she said the team should be there shortly that they were “stuck in traffic”. If that’s the case, somebody should have reached out. It seems there is a lack of accountability for the staff. When they finally showed up, they lallygagged to get inside, chatting away. who knows how long they were actually there because the cleaning that was done was subpar at best. there was no notification from anybody that they were finished with the job so my house was left unlocked and vacant for who knows how long. When I had a family friend stop by my house to inspect the work, it was apparent that the home was cleaned to the bare minimum. As if the same cleaning cloth used on the oven was used on the railing and counter tops. What was listed to be included on their website for a move out clean only about half was done. The floors were streaky, dog hair and dirt was left on baseboards and door frames, sticky residue left in the refrigerator side compartments, and a white film over the oven, these are just a few of the many things overlooked. I had called and left a voicemail expressing my dissatisfaction, it was left with no response until eventually, I received a text message back later that night saying that they had spoken with the “manger” and could send somebody out the next day.. at this point it was 7:30 PM and too late to ask someone else to spend half of their work day waiting around for them to do what they should’ve done the first go around. We then closed on our house the following morning, so there was no wiggle room. They then proceeded to send me an invoice for the full amount a few days later. I was not going to pay this for a job that wasn’t done. I would however pay the price of a basic clean, as that is what was “completed” Hopefully this women owned and operated business can improve on their communication, specifically returning phone calls, as not everybody finds text messages professional, as well as fluid communication on delays, and when the home is entered and left. For the staffs work to be inspected and photos sent for out of state clients so it is clear that what was said would be done, was actually accomplished, as well as perhaps full honesty and transparency. Reading what a few of the negative reviews have said seems to all add up to not knowing who exactly you’re speaking with when texts are being sent, this was also my experience. For any other services, I cannot speak on but for a move out clean, I would consider looking elsewhere. More...

The ladies that did my deep clean were just amazing!! I was worked from home and could notice that they really pay attention to detail and make sure to not leave one thing out. I overheard them exchange areas to go check each other work and then correct if needed, which was really impressive! My apartment is sparkling and smelling clean. I recommend them to anyone that needs a deep cleaning! More...

I had my first cleaning two weeks ago and I was very impressed with the service, speed, care of my home and pricing! The ladies showed up on time and got right to work. This is the first time that I have had a team of people come in and clean and I was amazed at how much they got done in such a short amount of time. Only one area was missed but I also didn’t specifically ask for it to be done and I didn’t notice it until after they left. Not a biggie at all. I also want to comment on the professionalism of this company before, during and after the appointment. I received great communication prior to the appointment, documents explaining their services, policies, etc. As the ladies were finishing up at my house one of the managers stopped by to personally inspect their work and to make sure that I was pleased. I love that they use Square Invoicing so I don’t have to remember to get cash out before my appointments as well. I have already booked for bi-weekly cleanings and can’t wait to see them in a few days! More...

While I did read the review for this company and I booked them this week I was extremely disappointed with the service of the cleaning. First I asked them to text me when they arrive because I can not hear the door bell. I received no text but a call later that the girls did not think I was home so they left. They managed to send the girls back to my house. They only stayed for 1.5 hrs. My cabinets were left with a greasy film, they missed a room and a bathroom. The floors were sticky and did not feel clean at all. My kitchen table had stuff piled onto it and they removed my table cloth. It was a vinal table cloth and my kids definitely had done a number to it that morning so I understand that it probably was more dirty then it should have been but nothing soap and water could not fix. They took my rugs outside but never brought them back inside. They did not take out my trash at all. It looked as though they just needed to run to the next job and didn't want to finish mine. I spent the rest of the night cleaning trying to clean up my cabinets and floors. As I said they did offer to not have me pay for the service and I am thankful for that. But I also don't want anyone to face the same fatal mistake. More...
