Horrible! Had a flood that left us in a mess for months. After our 2 sofas were ready to finally replace. Too late to report them i guess. They took the lights from them and did not replace the down from the 2 seat cushions! Called them on it and they denied everything!! More...

Whoever drives the Nugget upholstery van around should be fired! Whoever was behind the wheel should lose their license! Squirting in and out of lanes because the dumb idiot was too busy looking at their phone going 5 miles an hour in a 50 mph. So if they're upholstery is anything like the driver definitely would not recommend it!! More...
