These people are AMAZING! I was dealing with a very complicated problem relating to an inheritance dispute, and was at a difficult point where I didn't know whether to quit or keep fighting. It occurred to me I could check certain background elements of the claimants to the estate on my own (my lawyer didn't want to). I posted on Bark on a Thursday night, NTS Solutions contacted me Friday morning, and I had results on Monday morning -- seriously, 7:06 am Monday!!! -- that pretty much cleared up the dispute. Over a year of wrangling, tens of thousands in legal fees, an enormous amount of stress and upset... all resolved in a weekend by NTS Solutions. They're very clear about what they can and can't do -- I talked to several other firms before I stumbled over the Bark tool and NTS, and from other firms I got a lot of, "My hourly rate is $x, give me a retainer of $5x and I'll see what I can get done with that and we'll go from there." I got the sense I'd be paying until I ran out of money. One very credible investigator declined my case and told me the information I wanted was not obtainable, and also said I can't trust anyone promising to get it. I relayed that to Tricia (I'm not very tactful) and she laughed, saying he was correct that the actual document I wanted is not public record, but also that I didn't actually need that particular document in order to prove what I needed. She was right, she pulled information from public records I don't have a clue how to access and was able to back into the proof. I'd never heard of Bark before but if NTS Solutions is an example of what you get, look there first the next time you need a service. If you need information or if you think... maybe... you possibly... might, take a chance and call NTS Solutions. Tell your story and they'll tell you if and how they can help -- OR they'll tell you they can't -- it's still resolution. I've never been more satisfied with a service, I feel somehow safer knowing I can call them again if I'm on unsteady ground and need facts to support a decision.
