Sami completely flipped my dog and I’s life around. He had redirected pretty badly on me twice and my only hope was her training and I really only expected to be able to walk him and take him to parks. I was afraid to hope that I would be able to take him to stores with me and now he’s starting to go everywhere with me after 5 weeks with her. 2 weeks after coming home and we can walk by dogs with minimal reaction and a quick shake off and we can continue on our way instead of having to go back home because anything else could set him off. We went to a store for the first time ever(that I’ve taken him to) and he did so amazing with the two dogs that were in there he had one mild reaction but was able to keep it together enough to stay in the store and continue to train. I almost cried I couldn’t believe it. Sami knows what she’s doing and she is the only person I’d want to train my dog. She pushes the dogs out of their comfort zones without doing too much for them. We met Sami in 2022 when we just moved to Washington and we always say it's the best thing that has happened to our dog! She got us connected to another dog trainer who had immediate availability for a board and train and was part of the training process and home drop off at the end of the 3 weeks. What do you love most about your job?
Watching the moment things finally click for both the dog and the owner.
When a dog that felt overwhelming starts to understand what is being asked of them, and the owner realizes they actually can handle it, everything changes. Confidence builds on both ends, and the relationship becomes clear instead of stressful. I also love seeing owners take ownership of the process. When they stop guessing and start being intentional with their dog, that is where the real transformation happens. That shift is why I do this.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There are thousands of dogs in shelters and rescues right now. Most of them due to the fact that they have very little training or have general good manners. I started my business to use my talent and knowledge on dogs to help them find their forever homes and decrease the chance of them going back to the shelter or rescue.

Because I do not just train dogs. I teach you how to live with your dog in real life. My focus is on results that actually stick, not just what looks good during a session. You will learn how to communicate clearly with your dog and understand why things work so you can keep progressing on your own. I am honest and direct because that is what creates real change. I will support you, guide you, and hold you accountable every step of the way.

Yes, I offer remote training and virtual coaching.
For obedience work, you will send me short videos of you working with your dog. I ask for a 2 to 3 minute clip of general interaction, along with a video showing what you want to work on, like heeling, place, or recall. From there, I will break things down, give you clear feedback, and guide you on what to adjust so you can keep progressing.
For reactive or aggressive dogs, I offer virtual consultations. These are more conversation based where we go over your dog’s behavior in detail, your environment, and your handling. I will give you honest feedback and a clear plan to start moving forward safely and effectively, even without me there in person.
These options are great for people who are committed to learning and putting in the work between sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and have no problem wearing a mask. If anyone has symptoms, lessons will be rescheduled.
