What do you love most about your job?
Being able to guide clients back to themselves, to help them heal, remember their worth, and create from a place of alignment, is truly an honor. Every session is a sacred exchange, and I feel grateful to hold space for people as they awaken, grow, and step into the life they were meant to live. I get to be the guide I once needed, during my own awakening, through challenges as a mother, a daughter, and simply as a human navigating life. This work is deeply personal to me because I’ve lived it. I understand how healing requires a mind, body, and spirit approach, because one cannot fully thrive without the others. What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was a mix of intuition, personal healing, and a desire to help others feel better starting with my herbal teas. ( www.NinasHerbalTeasAndThings.com)
At first, I was blending teas for myself and loved ones as a way to support our nervous systems, hormones, and overall well-being. But as I saw how powerful these herbal remedies were, especially during times of stress, reproductive system challenges, and emotional healing, something clicked. I realized I could turn this into something bigger.
That opened the door for me to expand into deeper healing work..Reiki healing and teaching, fertility coaching, and spiritual life guidance. It’s been a journey of becoming the person I once needed, during my own awakening, my hardest seasons as a mother and daughter, and as a woman learning to love and trust herself again.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing is mind, body, and spirit because true transformation happens when all three are in harmony.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The safety and well-being of my clients have always been a top priority. While about 90% of my sessions are now held virtually via Zoom or WhatsApp video, I do occasionally work with clients in person when needed.
For in-person sessions, I take several precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. I always sanitize the space before and after each session, provide hand sanitizer, and maintain a calm, respectful distance. If I’m traveling to a client, I always carry a mask and ask ahead of time if they are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms. My goal is to hold space in a way that feels both nurturing and safe for everyone involved.
