They were good until the last groomer matted my little Shih Tzu and I tried to give them an other chance but the groomer came and did not speak English and would not listen to me. I have groomed Dawn’s dog 11 times with only 2 different groomers. She had an issue with one of my groomers English. She decided to refuse her appointment while we were there, and told me she would looking for a new service.

I highly recommend Nikky Pets Mobile Grooming. I had a lot of issues with bringing my puppy Havanese Joey into another groomer--he would come back with issues like a limp for a day or so, ear infection, etc. Last time I took him they had him for almost 5 hours just to trim up his face a bit and it caused him so much unnecessary stress. Nikky Pets made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for Joey, and gave him an amazing cut at the same time for a great price. OMG this was the best experience ever with Grooming. Glen called right away and we set up appointment. They were running late but kept me posted until they arrived. I have a 15 week old male Yorkie. Very mild mannered to be a puppy. I won't lie I was a littler nervous having them come to my home but the convenience was amazing. The Van is clean and they were very accommodating with my requests. I wanted to keep the puppy look as long as possible and they took it from there. Jessica was very nice and made my puppy feel warm and cozy. That was half the battle. This was the first time I have ever used a mobile grooming service. It was incredibly easy to book my appointment, in the time frame I needed. The groomers showed up early and followed all the instructions that I gave them regarding my two dogs and what each needed done.
