We had to move by the end of the month because our lease was coming to an end. Esteban & Jah were our movers. They were very professional and efficient. They did a great job, got all my husband’s tools and stuff out and into our house in 3.5 hours. We priced different quotes, their price was right for us because we had to have a safe move too. Mike and Gabe were amazing! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Only reason for the three stars is I ended up getting charged more due to, in my opinion, the office’s inability to schedule effectively which led to pushing my start time later into rush hour traffic. My original start time was 9:30 am. I was called the day prior and asked to move it to 11:30, which I acquiesced. Gabriel “the artist” and Michael were very nice and courteous and took their time to make sure my table was taken cared of during travel by covering each piece. My friend who was working in New York for 7 years, he joined me when I was 19 years old and since then I learned a lot about moving and customer service and felt that it was something that I can deliver great.
