My daughter recently moved to Nashville from NC. Last weekend was her first birthday so far away. I was racking my brain trying to think of something special I could do. Then I remembered, Duh, she loves massages. However, it was Wednesday and her birthday was Saturday, I knew my chances were slim. Nashville Massage Company pulled up in the Top Ten. I called and spoke to Melissa about my dilemma and why my daughter was in such bad need of a massage. Unbelievably, Melissa responded with, you are correct I don't have any more openings, but I blocked off some time for my lunch and I am going to do your daughter instead because she clearly needs a massage. I could have cried, I was so thrilled! Not only was my daughter getting a massage, the massage was coming to her apartment. My daughter was on Cloud 9 and in tears when I told her. Melissa, went above and beyond on Saturday. She brought my daughter a cupcake, gave her a little extra time and according to my daughter gave her one of the BEST massages she has ever had and she's had quite a few! Melissa, went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful. I will also be contacting Melissa on my next trip to Nashville.
