Namaste Wellness Center is a place for healing. Our clinicians work with diverse clients, ages 4 years old and up. We are experts in coping with stressors, anger, anxiety, depression and trauma. We work with clients on business coaching in corporate settings, school and hospital settings and have many clients in sport and entertainment. Our expert clinicians were trained at the best schools and have learned all of the most updated therapeutic approaches from the best in the field. We are here to help support you and get you to a place where you feel fulfilled and content. We believe that a good work life balance is possible, and can support you in achieving your deeply held goals and values. Our clinicians honor where you are in the process. We promise to work with you at your own pace, and not rush you. We don't believe in pathologizing you, we believe that you are the expert in your own life, and we will offer you tools, care, and support to help you heal.
