What’s your signature dish?
We pride ourselves in Florribbean cuisine. Gulf coastal flavors of fresh seafood, meats and poultry and local fruits, vegetables, indigenous herbs and seasonings prepared by culinary professionals. Of course we also offer a wide range of flavors and tastes that span the globe. We cater to all your needs and specialize in customs menus built around your taste and budget.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First we listen. There's nothing worse than not paying attention to the needs of our clients. Then suggest, taste and sample until the client is satisfied with the end result. We pride ourselves in offering what the client wants and desires. We recently did a wedding in which it was the groom and Brides second time tying the knot. They opted for a tropical theme. The palate consisted of Pacific Rim cuisine and even did an upside down Pineapple cake Volcano that oozed orange icing! the event was a huge success.
What do you love most about your job?
The pure satisfaction from our clients and the reaction from their guests at their events. Knowing we did our best and the appreciation we receive from the client and guests on our Affordable, flavorful cuisine and fabulous time they have enjoying the event. Remember what ever the event is for, we do all the preparing, service and clean up so the hosts can truly enjoy themselves at their events.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been a chef for over 20 years now and have cooked in many restaurants, hotels and resorts. One thing I've always noticed at many events I attended as a guest is that while the food looked fabulous, the taste was less than desirable. they make it look great but then it's uh ok. we strive to change that with every event we do making not only the presentation look beautiful but the taste and flavor of the dishes stand out. We want them to remember the good time they had and the incredible food that was had for many years to come. We strive for true passion in all that we do especially the taste of our menu items.

Private Dinners
Escape the daily grind and embrace the tantalizing palate pleasure of a Chef prepared meal in the comfort of your own home. Your private Chef will prepare an intimate dinner for 2 or a feast for a gathering of friends and family of up to 15 people.
We take care of the shopping, cooking, serving and the cleanup. We can even provide a nice selection of wines for course pairing.
Small Event Catering
Leave the worry to us for your next event or special occasion. we'll take care of all the food and beverage needs including setup, food service and clean up, providing you the time to enjoy yourself with friends and loved ones. Isn't that how a party is supposed to work, providing time for the host to enjoy the celebration right along with their guests. from formal sit down dinners to buffets and passed hors devours, MPC has you covered.
We also offer select bar service, beer and wine, and non alcohol beverages too.
