AMAZING!!! Beth did the appetizers for our 200 person wedding and they were all anyone talked about for the week following! Everything looks amazing and tasted even better. Beth was so wonderful to work with as she customized everything to our liking and even had us in for multiple tastings! Each time we got to go home with some extra goodies. She truly puts her heart & soul into everything she cooks and prepares. Great price for the quality she provided and she was super quick to set-up and take down. I took Beth’s charcuterie/kaldbord class. It was a ton of fun! First, she taught us all (hands on) how to make butter. While we were doing that, she gave tips on all the creative ways we could flavor the butter for our daily cooking or entertainment needs. Next, she went over the basics of a great charcuterie platter or kaldbord: texture, taste, visual appeal, variety. She had a huge spread of all the elements arranged for us to use to make our own platter. It was so much fun to try new things without having to overbuy a whole bunch of stuff I may not like.She also demonstrated how to make mayonnaise by coaching another class member. We got to take home our butter, a portion of the mayo, and of course the platter we each constructed. If you get a chance to take her class, come hungry because you will be tasting your way through the two hours while learning, making new friends and having a blast! More...

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Beth this past christmas.My honey and i always have a open house at our place for Christmas eve. She had surgery this year so was unable to do her normal large spread of food like she usually does. I contacted Beth to see if she could help and assist with the festivities. I am so glad i did. Her food was wonderful and her service was fantastic. The pricing was very good also.
