What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is my lasagna (with beef). I also sell individual meals aside from catering
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I take classic dishes and ideas/suggestions, and add my own twist of flavors to it.
What do you love most about your job?
I can create my style of cooking and my own menu. I also love to see the smiles on my customers face when they receive their orders (I love to make people happy).
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a strong passion for cooking. My family and friends all suggest that I do it for a living and I agreed. I would also love to leave something for my kids and grandkids to cherish and carry on in my memory (sorta like a legacy).

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Everything is served hot, fresh, and covered probably for safe transport. Masks are worn at all times to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
