I have been working with Mr Security Camera for the better part of three years now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Since the very first day we began working together, Gabriel (the owner) has been extraordinarily attentive to the needs of my customers, and has been unblinking to their rigorous demands, as most of them are particularly high-maintenance. His techs are unfailingly courteous, knowledgeable and punctual; they have shown an technological adaptability on the rare occasion that they are presented with something they are unfamiliar with. The office is communicative and courteous, and the invoicing is more than fair and always on time. Gabriel has shown a willingness to work with me to reach resolutions to often difficult service calls time and time again, and in all honesty, I have no idea what I would do without him and his team. I've been working with Mr Security Camera for most of three years and I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough. I have several high-maintenance customers in northern California, and Gabriel and his team have kept them quite happy since day one. The techs are polite, knowledgeable and punctual, and display nothing but utter professionalism at all times. The office team is communicative and courteous, providing updates on existing calls without being prompted. The owner, Gabriel, is nothing short of exceptional as well, making sure his team is able to meet the demands that I set upon him on a daily basis, and remaining in constant contact with me to make sure that I am happy with the work he does for me. I have this little game I play called "Let's See If I Can Break Mr Security Camera Today" where I send him as many calls as I possibly can (and I get a LOT of calls in NorCal). A miss understanding on my part I have been an original customer of MR CAMERA and they take the time to reach out and good quality Security isn't cheap but a good quality Security system will last for a long time you have to upgrade your system if you want but these service teams and still provide the best in town

Mr. Security Camera and their highly knowledgeable team helped installed 7 cameras in my house last year. My house is 87 years old, partially brick walls, 3 stories and poor reception. They did a phenomenal job installing my 7 superior quality cameras. The wires were professionally hidden and left no holes or damages on my newly renovated house. Cannot recommend Mr. Security Camera highly enough. Owners are highly invested in making their customers happy and keeping them that way. The office staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The techs are a dedicated, knowledgeable, courteous and punctual bunch. Appointment times are delivered on, and on the rare occasion they are not, I have been informed immediately and given a new ETA that works for me. Working with this company is an absolute pleasure. These guys are amazing! Purchased a hi-def DVR camera system from them for my business a while back. They installed everything and made sure the wiring was nice and neat and the monitors were all set up. I could even remotely monitor the system from my laptop and phone. Within months we had another break in within our complex and we were able to see the suspects that broke into our trailer, the time and there vehicle, and assisted the police in catching them! Wow! These guys do great work, I had them install IP cameras at my new house. The install went really well and fit the time line expected. They also helped me install a new wall outlet, T.V. mount, TV, and wiring cabinet. They take a lot care in the work they do and I am once again very happy with the installation job, it looks very professional. Â Props to Gabriel, Â Adam, Tyler and Anthony. I was very satisfied with the professional work that Mr. Security (Gabriel, Anthony and Team performed when installing my Security System at my home. Gabriel performed a walk-thru  prior to the installation and provided me excellent recommendations on placement / positioning of my cameras.  Gabe provided me a detailed / concise bid regarding the service and cost of materials/ equipment prior to installation.  His bid was very competitive with other security companies in the bay area.  Mr. Security requires a signed contract agreement prior to the installation.The team was extremely organized on the mission at hand and they were very meticulous to detail.  i.e. all exterior RG-59 cable were placed inside conduit and drilled holes into the exterior siding of my home were patched with caulking.  Very clean work.  If there were any minor changes during installation, they would consult you prior to the change.  The crew were extremely kind, diligent and genuine. They really impressed me when they performed a walk-thru after the completion of the installation.They provided me basic training after the installation of my security system.  I would highly recommend Mr. Security. Have you felt violated by an intruder? Â Get a job or some treatment you fool! Â We all have issues to deal with in our lives. Â Have you considered what challenges or hardships the other person is going through? Â Moron!After the last attempt in my home, I had cameras installed by Mr. Security Camera. Â I have an alarm system already, but added cameras for additional peace of mind. Â The staff who installed the cameras were courteous, friendly and professional. I had been having trouble with my Security Camera system so I contacted Mr. Camera. Â They were in and out quickly, the system was fixed and the price was right. Â I had also been having serious trouble with my telephone and data lines when AT & T switched me from Plain Old Telephone System (POTS) to Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP). Â I had CAT 5 wiring installed throughout the building and had multiple phone lines as well as internet and data of which all worked prior to AT & T switching me over. Â When AT & T switched me over they screwed up the multiple telephone lines and data systems. Â After AT & T had tried on at least twelve separate occasions for several hours each time to fix the situation that they created they finally on the last try simply stated that it was my CAT 5 wiring and there was nothing they could do (do I need to remind you that it was working fine before AT & T came in). Â I then hired Mr. Security Camera to fix the situation. Â They came in and recognize the mess that AT & T had created and was able to one system at a time undo their mess and get all of my telephone, data and internet systems back in working order and clean up the mess AT & T created. Â I would highly recommend these guys for your installs and repairs. Â If they can fix what AT & T messed up, then they can handle anything with telephone and data... Â Good Job... I recently hired Mr.Security to install a home security system.  I was very impressed by their knowledge and attention to detail when presenting my options for my overall security needs. I decided to go with one of their featured systems with  lifetime customer support. Gabriel and crew installed my system and I couldn't be more pleased. I had a few self inflicted hiccups but Anthony was there to pick up the pieces by coming back out to fix my problem. I don't usually rave about products and customer support but this is it. It's been over 1 year since Gabe and Anthony installed my high definition IP Camera system and NVR (DVR). I'm very happy with the hardware, software and customer service. I knew little about the technologies available, but they explained all of the options, plus and minuses of each, and formal recommendations based on my site and needs.Summary:Hardware/*Software: Very good. Â Had a few minor issues that they fixed over the last year (high end, metal enclosed, Ethernet wiring only and power over Ethernet used)Installation Quality: Very good. (Workmanship (wiring/sheetrock/wood work, and cleanliness of equipment location / layout)Customer Service: (They have made several trips to the site to fix issues or make adjustments to the cameras or other items) Covered under warranty, so no charge.Response Time: Â They have always gotten back to me, even if it was 24 hrs+ after I left a message). Â During peak time, they got back to later than 24-36 hours but that's fine as I'm a reasonable customer. Pricing: (In line with high-end hardware, software and overall "product" you are getting.) *Software was loaded on my laptop, and 2 cell phones by them, and training class was also done to show me how to use each.I would recommend these guys.Dave More...

Had Gabriel from Mr Security camera over to give me a bid for eight HD cameras & 1 TB DVR installation I had my own equipment. Gabriel suggested to ditch the factory wire even through in upgraded cable I added a power switcher what a great suggestion once again guys The bid was not the lowest one but seemed very fair for what I wanted.2 knowledgable professional installers showed up Gabriel & Anthony even brought a licensed general electrician along Chris .I was so impressed I hired them to install 3 TVs hidden wall mount. Everything works & looks top notch I'm super demanding customer and I have to admit this company defiantly delivers high quality service. I won't hesitate to recommend Mr Security Camera to all my customers (I'm a licensed hardwood floor contractor)Even after changing my mind many times the crew stuck with me by even starting over on  some installations at no charge. Business owners/partners Anthony and Gabriel and their assistant trainee LV, arrived early and ready to install my Costco bought security system for my home. You have the option to buy a system from them too. They offer competitive prices as I checked 4 other businesses and they were the lowest. It took approximately 7 hours. Â It will depend on how many cameras you want installed and the total square footage of your building. Â Installation included setting up my remote viewing capability and provided a brief overview on how to operate it. They were all professional and genuinely very nice and friendly. Gabe and Anthony are just finishing up my security camera installation. They are a great team, and have done a great job. Very knowledgeable about the technology, able to discuss the various options and alternatives, and deliver a solid system installation . They were great about communicating and showing any issues they encountered, and adapted as needed. I had an eight camera system installed on the house, and it looks very clean. Good camera placement, no exposed wires, and cleaned up after the job was done. I had several bids on the job, and theirs was the most professional, and also competitive bid I received. gave these guys a call about a week ago and had the best experience ever. the person I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I scheduled my appointment for today 08-15-2013 and the guy came out and explained in great detail how the systems work and showed me what would be best for my home and even compared it to other companies in the area.
