What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Playing what people want to hear, the hits! It’s not about “schooling” party-goes on the next new thing they’ve never heard but rather playing their favorite dance songs. Audience engagment (emcee) is also very important.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I play pretty much all genres of music. “Open format” as it’s called.
What do you love most about your job?
My whole life is and always has been about music. I also play bass in a rock band! I think music has the power to save the world…and that starts one dance floor at a time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I just love to play music for people! It’s so rewarding to see people happy when they’re hearing great, fun, positive music.
