Miskitt productions recently DJ’ed our wedding. We contacted them about a month and a half out from our wedding and not only were they available but they were also ready with everything we needed and had timelines for us! Even though we didn’t give them the playlist for our wedding and our itinerary until pretty late they were very flexible and accommodating. Even the day of our wedding they were flexible when our ceremony started late and as we cut things out or changed things last minute. They made an 5 hour reception fly by and they made our wedding so special. We have had nothing but compliments on how great the DJ was. Very easy to work with! Followed our specific instructions for our wedding, however, did not play our playlist that we had given him, save 3 or 4 songs.

We had a Halloween wedding/playlist but no Halloween music was played. Everything seemed to be hyped up club music, no slow songs to dance to.

Fog machines were not used, which to his credit, he did approach me about placement and I advised to only use one machine since we didn't know if anyone had breathing issues. The machine seemed to be unplugged all night.

Lighting was on point! Great job lighting the place up!

Volume was good on the music, a little low when speaking. Voice volume blended with music, hard to differentiate. More...

As far as the fog machine goes, we did use it quite a bit as it was placed in an area where your guests were sitting at (we didn't expect people to be sitting by the right corner of the stage, our left corner). I did informed your guests who sat in the area that a smoke machine was being used. As you were concerned and had a good point about the potential of your guests having possible breathing problems from the smoke machine, I made the decision not to spray the smoke when guests were sitting in the area. I will learn from this to reposition my equipment when need be and I should of communicated that with you. We apologize if we didn't meet your expectations and we take these types of reviews as ways to do a better job on future events as we continue to grow. Thank you again.

Russ was wonderful to work with. I had some specific thoughts for some of the songs and he executed the cuts, blends and fades flawlessly! Doing the walkthrough prior to the wedding he suggested things that I had not even thought of and ultimately made the event have a great flow. We hired Miskitt Productions for an out door birthday party. They were really easy to book, super helpful thought out the whole process and very attentive the closer it got to my event. They made several attempts to ensure I didn’t have any questions or special needs on the night of the event. They arrived an hour before our event started, with plenty of time to set up. They were very professional. I was extremely satisfied with the music they played. We also had a package that included floor lights. Once the party was over they packed up quickly and efficiently, left nothing behind.
