I'm still working with Monica. I so appreciate her approach to total wellness. It's not just "eat less, work out more" but rather a combination of practical daily suggestions, reasonable goals and evaluation of root cause. While I set out to lose a modest amount of weight and change some long-time habits, I realize now that the underlying "whys" for the choices I make are at least as important as the choices themselves. This has been, to date, an eye-opening experience. I feel like the approach Monica takes gives me a great chance to develop lifelong lifestyle improvements. Highly recommend!! More...
