I'm Milliscent Udeani, a Life, Relationship and Executive Coach with 3 years of experience helping Couples and Individuals find greater fulfillment in their lives, careers and meaningful relationships.

Unlike other coaches, my approach is not formulaic. I will work with you to create an individually customized coaching plan that will identify your unique strategies for success. I love coaching clients who have prior experience working with other coaches because they know quality when they experience it.

My coaching style appeals to thoughtful, intelligent, determined couples and individuals who place a high priority on self-awareness, emotional honesty, personal responsibility, and success, while nurturing meaningful relationships. My clients are confident in what they know and are humble about what they don’t know. My clients understand that, while we are autonomous individuals, we function optimally in collaboration with others, with a win-win mindset.
