Michael was a pleasure to work with. Upon confirming the date of our company's photo shoot, he sent a very detailed email breaking down how the photo shoot would proceed and what we would expect after the shoot.
He also provided help in regard to what wardrobe people should wear.
During the shoot, Michael worked with each of us (a total of 10) until the person was happy with the results. He would even show us the photos from the back of the camera and give tips to make the person look and feel more relaxed in their photos.
We received the proofs within 3 days, and once our group finalized picking the photos they liked, the final edited files were delivered in about 3 days.
We actually just used him again for a 2nd round of headshots that were needed. I, as well as our group, would highly recommend using Michael. Everyone was extremely happy with the results of their headshots.

Mike was a consummate professional. After our initial contact, he sent me samples of his work. We discussed my needs, and he prepared a proposal.
We did a walk-through of the space so we could select the best location based on lighting etc. Mike completed all the info our building required along with all the necessary insurance requirements.
One the day of the shoot, Mike and his assistant arrived early and set up so that the shoot could commence promptly.
We had a lot of associates to shoot, and Mike ensured that we stayed on schedule. We got multiple shots of each individual in several positions.
The proofs were delivered timely, and each associate had many high-quality proofs from which to choose. Once proofs were chosen, they were retouched.
We are extremely happy with the quality of the photos. Mike provided a quality product at a reasonable price.
Overall, I am very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Mike.
