Jen sets it straight with you...she doesn't tell you what you want to hear but what will work. I know first hand because the elements i struggled with the most have really started to get under control in my first couple months training with her. I have been training with Jen simce late October 2017. Definitely notice both all around better shape and muscle growth. While Jen is very knowledgeable and personable, she is an amazing motivator.
I have to travel far (either from Hartford or Middletown), Jen makes very worth it!!

Yes! Metabolic assessment, personalized nutritional analysis and planning, workout programming, and health coaching can all be performed remotely, and we provide clients with the app to easily access their workouts and nutrition plan.

Life gets busy, we get it. At Metabolic Body, we understand that incorporating fitness into a hectic lifestyle can be challenging. That’s why we bring the workout to you!

Our Travel Personal Training Program is designed specifically for busy women and couples who are ready to take charge of their health and make lasting changes. Each 50-minute session is tailored to your individual goals and takes place in the comfort of your own home. While having some basic equipment is optimal, your personal trainer will also bring additional tools to maximize your workout.

The full Metabolic Body Program that follows a comprehensive three-phase structure, including a metabolic assessment and nutritional analysis with personalized planning is recommended for the best results, but is not required to purchase in-home training packages.

All packages include a series of workouts via app with video demonstrations to do on the days you don’t meet with the trainer to hold you accountable and keep you consistent.

At Metabolic Body, our nutrition consultations are designed to help you take a holistic, personalized approach to your health. During your session, you'll meet with a certified nutrition specialist to explore your current lifestyle, habits, challenges, and health goals. From there, we’ll create a tailored nutrition guide that supports sustainable, balanced changes - designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. Our clients start seeing and feeling results in as little as 1.5-2 weeks!
