She really took the time to talk with me beforehand, listen to my menu ideas, and understand the vision I had for the event. Chef Niecy is the best. She has the best demeanor; very sweet. Now for the food. My guests LOVED everything. My family/friends love good food, and have no problem sharing how they feel. I had the unfortunate experience of hiring this catering service for a baby shower, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The highlight of the event was the raw chicken served to guests. Not only was it undercooked, but it was also stored improperly, leading to serious food safety concerns. This negligence could have resulted in foodborne illnesses, putting everyone's health at risk. The staff arrived late, causing unnecessary stress and disruption to the event. To make matters worse, the employees was seen smoking on the job, which is both unprofessional and a violation of workplace policies. The setup was haphazard at best. Tables were not arranged properly, chafer were missing, and the overall presentation was lackluster. It was clear that no effort was made to ensure the event looked presentable or ran smoothly. When I attempted to address these issues with the management, my concerns were met with indifference. There was no offer of compensation, and no acknowledgment of the problems caused. I would strongly advise against hiring this catering service. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for food safety, and poor customer service made what should have been a joyous occasion a stressful and disappointing experience. More...
